Training with me is a complete and well-rounded experience. Weightlifting, in my opinion, is about building self-confidence before chasing hard goals. It's a chance to learn something new every session and regain that feeling of "I CAN" 

My training journey has been one of highs and lows. I have used it as an outlet and a way of quieting my brain after a tough day. What I have got out of training is something I regularly struggle to put into words. I have gained confidence in my ability and in my body. Not only have a reshaped my body but I have reshaped my mindset. 

I can't bottle this like a magic elixir but what I can do is teach you how to achieve the same if not more.
